“The new law of the Ministry of Education abolishes university clubs.
Article 296 stipulates the abolition of the independent legal personality of the university cultural club of the University of Athens. This change abolishes the autonomy of the club and, consequently, the independent management of its financial reserves, its budget and its building infrastructure.”
